Carzor’s Response to COVID-19

Carzor Home Cleaning strictly monitors COVID-19’s impact in our community. Our clients and employee’s safety remains our top priority while conducting business in cleaning homes throughout Minneapolis and St. Paul, and all our other service areas. We continue to follow health protocols issued by the state of Minnesota and strictly follows workplace safety, labor standards, and workers' compensation during this time.

To help in stopping the spread and flatten the curve, ALL our employees has been fully-vaccinated. While we cannot control the severity or unpredictability of this virus, limit the spread and impact of COVID-19. Thus, Carzor Home Cleaning acts with prudence in our day-to-day business operation with basic preventative safety measures following the guidance set forth by the U.S. Federal Government, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other health agencies, including:

  • Cleaning hands with soap, before and after we clean each home.

  • Using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available.

  • Keeping the recommended 6 feet from people. We highly recommend not to be present during the cleaning, or stay in a separate room while the maids are cleaning.

  • Cleaning frequently touched surfaces.

  • Conduct temperature check before we deploy our cleaning teams and allow them to stay home when sick or experiencing any flu-like symptoms.

  • As of July 22, 2021, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) recommend that people, both fully vaccinated and unvaccinated, continue to wear a well-fitted mask in indoor settings.

For our clients, if you are experiencing signs and symptoms of covid-19, please let us know so we can reschedule your cleaning apppointment. We will not be charging any late cancellation fees when this happens.
