+ How Much Does a House Cleaning Service Cost?

The cleaning fee varies on different factors, such as

The size of the house or the number of bedrooms and bathrooms if it is an apartment.
The type of cleaning you require (for example, deep cleaning costs more than a standard cleaning)
Add-ons that you will request

+ Do I Have To Be Home During the Cleaning?

This is entirely up to you. As longs as you provide us with access codes/garage code if you choose not to be present during the cleaning, it is totally fine.

+ What is your hoarding and hazardous condition policy?

If your property is deemed a hazardous cleaning situation that goes over and above our normal cleaning environment that is covered by our cleaning services, our Carzor Home Cleaning teams have the right to walk away. Upon such a service, you will be charged a $70 booking fee due to holding your space in our schedule.

+ What is your breakage and loss policy?

If there is a breakage or loss during your cleaning, notification of such an event must be made to Carzor Home Cleaning within 48 hours of service, by email or phone. Once we receive the notification, a form will be sent to you to be filled out. Please note the form needs to be received within 30 days after the reported incident or the notification will be voided.

+ What Should I Do With My Pets During the House Cleaning?

Please notify us if you have pets and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know. Though not a requirement, we e prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, so our maids can clean your home better and more efficiently.

+ Is there something you won't clean?

We try to be as inclusive as we can but we don’t offer cleaning of the following:

Chandeliers
Light Bulbs
Bio-hazards(Mold, etc..)
Homes with hoarding situations
Animal Waste
High Reach Areas(More than 2 step ladder)
Putting away dishes
Exterior Windows (Except if they can easily be opened from the inside
Large furniture moving
Large scale trash disposal

+ How Shall I Pay for My House Cleaning?

To ensure the teams get paid on time, we are no longer using accepting credit card payments and are only accepting Paypal. For new clients, please pay a $70 non-refundable deposit to hold the appointment.

+ Do you offer satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, we do! If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning, we can go back and reclean the missed areas for free. We just ask that you notify us within 24 hours from your cleaning appointment and send us photos of the missed items on the checklist.

+ Do I Need to Provide House Cleaning Products or Equipment?

At Carzor Home Cleaning, we provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you choose to use your own cleaning supplies, then we will gladly comply.

+ What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand that things come up and should you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning, please notify us within 48 hours in advance. It takes time to ensure each of our cleaners’ schedules is full and when we set up the appointment with you, you are ensured that that time is exclusive for you. In the event that you fail to notify us, cancel on the day of the cleaning or the cleaners were not able to gain access to your home, a charge equivalent to 50% of the cleaning fee will be charged.

+ What is the difference between standard cleaning and deep cleaning?

Standard cleaning is what we usually do in a recurring cleaning service and this involves cleaning your kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping down all exterior surfaces.

Deep cleaning covers everything in a deep cleaning except it is more detailed and takes longer to clean. Typically, this service is what we book our clients who are starting their recurring cleaning or when a home needs a more thorough cleaning especially when it is not professionally cleaned for months or even weeks.

If your home needs more than a deep clean, we offer heavy-duty cleaning at an additional fee.

+ What is your refund policy?

Carzor Home Cleaning does not process refunds. In the event that our client is not happy with the service, we rectify the issue by going back to reclean and address the missed spots.
